Start with the fault, not the part
The single biggest source of overspending on repairs is replacing parts that were never the problem. Before anything is replaced, we look for the real fault and give you an honest evaluation. As a rough guide, this is what we look at first:
- Television repair
No picture, lines on the screen, sound problems or a set that will not switch on. We check the display, motherboard, sound and power sections.
- Washing machine repair
Not draining, not spinning, error codes such as 4C or LE, or a noisy drum. We check the drainage path, the spin system, the drum and the control board.
