- Contact and booking details: your name, phone number, email, and home address or area, when you call us, message us on WhatsApp, email us or use the request form.
- Appliance and service details: the appliance, brand and fault, any photos or messages you send, and our visit notes, parts replaced and warranty details.
- Website use: this website does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to run and secure the site.
- Session note: your browser keeps a small note for the length of your visit so that the WhatsApp button’s introduction plays only once. It contains no personal information.
3. The service request form
The request form on our Contact page does not send your details to a server. It prepares a message in your browser and opens WhatsApp or your email app. We receive your details only if you press send there. Nothing you type into the form is stored on this website.
4. How we use your information
- To respond to you, book and plan visits, and carry out the repair.
- To diagnose faults, give you an evaluation and handle warranty claims and follow-ups.

The Contact page shows a Google Map, and the website links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Reviews. When you use them, those companies may collect information such as your IP address and may set cookies, under their own privacy policies. This website itself does not set cookies.
If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this policy first.
7. How long we keep it
We keep service and contact records for as long as we need them to provide the service, handle warranty claims and meet legal and accounting obligations. After that we delete or anonymise them.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and limit access to the people who need it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
